Generally yes. Sometimes we have to mix and match our teams but you will usually get the same cleaner(s) each time.

We prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice if you must cancel or reschedule but we know life gets in the way so we do not have any cancellation or rescheduling fees. We simply ask that you follow the golden rule: treat others as you would treat yourself 🤓 Unless you're one of those people who is super hard on themselves and never really treats yourself well. Yes we are fully insured. We're happy to provide our residential clients with a copy of our policy upon request. For our commercial clients, we automatically add you to our policy and provide a custom COI before beginning service. In the rare case that we damage something in your home we will promptly file a claim and repair or replace it ASAP. Luckily, this hasn't happened to us yet but I imagine we would probably do lots of groveling and throw copious amounts of free cleaning at you so you'll probably make out pretty good in the end 😅
